Midori's Precision Potentiometer
The Midori Potentiometer is a precision position sensor that converts mechanical displacement such as rotational angle, tilt angle, and linear displacement to electrical signals.
Angle Potentiometer
Angle Potentiometers (also called "Rotary Potentiometers") are mainly used to measure or detect the angle and rotational position of mechanical movement.
There are two kinds of angle potentiometers: Single-turn potentiometers and Multi-turn potentiometers
The single potentiometer is used to measure the angle of less than 360°. On the other hand, the multi-turn potentiometer is required to measure the angle of more than 360°.
Contactless Type Singe-Turn Potentiometer
MR-element, TMR-element type, and Hall-IC type contactless potentiometers.
There is no electrical noise in the output, low torques and low friction, and superior long life.
Contactless type is for harsh environment usages such as vibration or dither operation, and it is also usable for the application with needs a long life.
Contact Type Singe-Turn Potentiometer
Single-Turn Potentiometer using conductive plastic element.
Resolution is practically infinity, and precision is high compared to contactless type.
As a result, a tiny angle measurement becomes possible.
